It's been over a month now and Jelsoft STILL doesn't have an importer available for us. I'm tired of waiting and I'm tired of keeping new users on hold so I've reopened new registrations.
Who knows when the "real" importer will finally be available, but regardless the entire month of May is extremely busy for me. So, it will probably be quite some time before we try again. Overall I am thoroughly disappointed in Jelsoft and vBulletin. Dealing with this issue for the past month has been a complete waste of my time :mad: Maybe someone is trying to tell me something...
Anyway, we're back to business as usual.
