Appaerntly they aren't familiar with the term poaching. Hunting doesn't get any jail time. Well rarely.

umm Liberal overeaction much???

Nothing in the story says poaching... He could have been on duty, supposed to be patroling, brought his hunting rifle and pulled over took a walk in the woods, during hunting season and shot a deer. Which is hunting.

Nothing in that story suggest poaching. Hunting on duty yes poaching no...

LOL

He must have done something illegal. You can't get jail time for screwing around on duty. But you can for poaching. Either he didn't have a license or shot one someplace he shouldn't have. Either way its poaching.

my point is the "report" doesn't provide enough information, to get pissed off at the report being biased.

CHEBOYGAN, Mich. Two state troopers from the Cheboygan post have lost their jobs for poaching deer while on duty.

Read much? Let's see, there's poaching and not doing their assigned duty while serving the public.
