Had a blast out there today guys! Ended up twisting my rear driveshaft, and had to drive home on the fronts. But that was so much fun out there!

It got pretty slick when it started to rain on us though. And I got a chance to test out my new digital camera. So pics should be up shortly.

Oh, and I was the ONLY non-jeep in the group, until the Land Rover guys came up behind us.

We just got back. It rained from about 3-11 last night and started up again at about 10 this morning. :(

This camera is 10x better than my old(2001) digital camera! I took quite a few pics today. I was amazed at how much faster it is, and the image stabilization really seems to work well. It is way more fun to take pictures with a camera that does it quickly and can capture the action, rather than waiting forever on my old brick of a camera, and then missing the photo op!

Here is the pics I got (http://speedwagon.us/coppermine/displayimage.php?album=24&pos=0)

At the end of the rock garden, I heard it hitting my gas tank. Tantonio had to pull me up the rest of the way on the trail, because with the rain, I was just not getting any traction on only the front tires. We took off the driveshaft once we got up the hill, to the large open area we all stopped at.

I forgot to thank SPEEDWAGON for holding the broken antenna during the lighting storm to save his fellow wheelers from harm.

It was about the funniest thing up there besides everyone stopping while trying to get over the new tree right, after everyone else said 'Don't stop, just go!'
