Is the Veteran's Ride in Winter Park this year, too? I know it was last year.
Still disappointed they moved it from Cripple Creek, I thought that was a great location for a ride/rally but I guess the locals must have thought it was keeping the gambling grannies away or something,
and everyone knows what cheap bastards bikers are. :lmao:
I didn't have a bike last year for the Veteran's run but I'll try to make it up for this one.
I think Winter Park is smart, they realize that they have to do something to get people up there and spend money when there's no snow on the slopes. Suzuki had the Cyclefest at Copper Mountain in 2005 but it was an overpriced cluster ***** so they didn't do that again.

not sure what they have done with the vets ride this year? hawgfest is a good time tho, little pricey, but you get a good show for the money.

We are headed out in the morning, decided since they are calling for a foot of snow above 10k that we will trailer up, and use the bikes to get around while we are there. Im just not ready to deal with a snowride right now, heck I have barely ridden the last two years with all my health issues.

Dang I didn't realize the rally was this weekend. I will be neck-deep in working on the house, won't be able to make it.
Actually, with the weather being what it is, maybe that's a good thing!
