How is the trickledown of the economy effecting you?
For us, we have WAY more dogs in rescue with very few being adopted, thanks to foreclosures. This means more food (out of pocket since our rescue fund doesn't pay for food). Not to mention the other incidentals that go along with each dog (leashes, collars, crates, etc) that are not covered by the fund.
Tomorrow we have homevisits in Loveland and the Springs and it will cost us $60 in gas to do them. :( Rescue fund also doesn't pay for gas.
