Anyone been across it yet this spring??? My little old blue haired mom is in town, and we want to take her in the libby, and do something mild and scenic.

It is open year round. I went up there a couple times this winter and it had quite a bit of snow on it compared to previous years. I bet that 90% of the trail is snow free except for the fresh snow that has fallen recently in the shaded areas. Typically melts prety quickly on that trail. I'll be up camping in that area this weekend:)

Yeah I was looking thru trip reports, but the only thing I saw was from january, and it was to deep then for a bone stock libby lol. Hopefully somebody has been up there recently, I dont want to get into a bind with my mom going with.

Went up about 4 weeks ago, no snow on the trail at all then.

Snowed last week but have no idea how much there.

It was pretty much open a couple months ago. All that stopped me was my refusal to get off camber exposed on weak traction. I expect it's 2wd-worthy by now. If you do get hung up, and can't get Arlo, give me a call. I'm stuck babysitting and dying for an excuse to drag the twirps out for a run.

cool. Not going to get myself in trouble up there alone, if it looks at all sketchy I wont take any chance with my mom in the jeep, plus Marge would have a heart attack if we do anything that resembles wheeling in her liberty:D

I just ran it from sugarloaf mt. to hwy.72, just some snow on the side of the road.

Beautiful weather up there...Was there from Friday-->This morning and not a lick of snow anywhere on the parts of the trail I was on. Only snow I saw was down in a gully.
