Grizzly Lake, Iron Chest- Are these open? Or open by Memorial Day?

No way. Mid to late June on an average year.

I was above Cottonwood Lake about 10 days ago, could only go about 1.5-2.0 miles ran into about 3-4 foot of snow. That's pretty low to hit snow this time of year, so it might take a little longer for trails to open in that area this year.

On a normal year late june early july, This was not an average year so who Knows ? I live in salida and i will want to run these trails as soon as they open so if i here anything i will keep you all posted.
