Study: Conservatives are happier than Liberals

Journal "Psychological Science" says so. (http://caffertyfile.blogs.cnn.com/2008/05/09/why-are-conservatives-happier-than-liberals/) :D These latest results go along with a Pew poll from 2006. It found 47% of conservative Republicans described themselves as ?very happy?, compared to only 28% of liberal Democrats who felt that way.

People are usually about as happy as they've a mind to be.
If you embrace the good and deal with the bad, you're usually happy.
If you reject the good because there is bad, you're usually unhappy.

You know - the stereotypical liberal "How can you be happy when there's so much injustice in the world?". Note that I said "stereotypical", not my original word "standard". I know some well-adjusted liberals. They're still wrong in what they want for the world, but they approach the world sensibly.
