Aurora PD has the DART team (Direct Action Response Team) they were supposed to be the Fast Action Response Team........

Also they used to have Special Operations Bureau, they changed that to Special Assignments Bureau........

ROP= Rate of penetration. Don't let your head go into the gutter on this. It's actually an oilfield term that is used to describe the speed at which the well is being drilled.
