Why do you always have to reply to a poll to see the results? I was just reading the 4.0L Jeep vs 4.3L Chevy thread, and while I didn't have an opinion, I wanted to see how everyone voted? Is there an option you can change so you don't have to vote? Can we make the default so you don't have to vote first? Not a huge deal obviously, just a suggestion.

It doesn't have to be that way, that's a choice that the poll creator has made. It's one of the options you have when creating your poll. You can allow users to see the results at any time, only after they voted, or only after the voting period has closed. The default is to view the results at any time. I like having the other options because each has their place, usually to prevent the current results from influencing how someone may vote. Like when the media publishes live polling results from the east coast before the polls have closed on the west coast. Man that pisses me off, but I digress :D
