Well, I thought if you raised money for terrorists you went to prison.

Aid to Palestinian families is one thing. If those funds are knowingly being used to support Islamo-fascists bent on murder that's another story. Maybe he's not in prison because it's not illegal to send money to groups only targeting Israel.
