WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton warned Tehran on Tuesday that if she were president, the United States could "totally obliterate" Iran in retaliation for a nuclear strike against Israel.

F@ck, she really thinks we're stupid doesn't she.
She is running the worst campaign ever in my opinion. She should have fired her whole staff.

Yeah, we could level Iran. Iran knows it. Stating the ability, is just reiterating fact.
Rubbing it in the face of a historically somewhat unstable government, in a historically unstable region, controlled largely by people who distrust the US, is foolish at best.
We don't have the stomach for another Hiroshima, or another Iraq ground war, much less something bigger than both of those combined, so IMO it's an empty threat at best.
I'm curious as to how she figures saying that will help her get elected: those who oppose her won't vote for her because she spat on Iran, those who support her may bail on her if she goes "right-wing warmongering"... so what's the angle?

From the Hillary Dictionary:
totally obliterate: v
1. To propose resolutions condemning certain actions in order to reduce the self esteem of the target, thus inflicting self-doubt in future generations to bring about their eventual downfall.
2. Release multiple statements to the press regarding the target and their lack of global responsibility.
3. Bring target under the control of a federal bureaucracy.

Well Hillary won the PA Primary by 10% so the Dems have a problem which is a good thing! Yeah, she'll say anything, truthfull or not to get elected, but so will most other politicians. Its just a little more clear that she obviously lies and "misspeaks" so often.
