whether its really a real Comcast employee or not, they're still right, I have their TV and internet service and they are absolutely terrible to deal with, some of the worst customer service I've ever had.
the worst part about is, you really only have two choices Dish or Comcast and neither are that great, tv and internet providers suck:mad:
