has passed away.
we knew that this day was coming. mr rameys health has been going down hill for many years.
mr ramey was quite a guy. they dont seem to make em like this much any more.
why post in this section? mr ramey fought for the publics right to use a road and he used his own money to do it.
im glad that i had the pleasure of knowing the man.
