I got a ride in on Green Mountain about a week or so ago but, I think everything up the hill near my house is still mud and/or snow. I really want to get out on Alder or Lair o' the Bear but, those aren't going to be good yet. We are talking about riding Deer Creek after work on Thursday but, that will depend on what the weather does tomorrow and that day.
Anyone getting any rides in the mt. bike? If so, where are you riding and what the trail conditions like?
I need to get some miles in before I go partoling or those are going to be long painful days :D

I think me and a couple others might be doing the Hog Back and whatever the rest of that loop is called this weekend if anyone is interested.

I will be riding on Saturday if the weather is nice but, I won't be at full speed due to company.

Yeah, the guy I normally ride with has been riding it and Apex. He said they aren't bad right now. I'm hoping this snow holds off so we can ride Deer Creek tomorrow night.

I was going to ride it yesterday, but ended up riding the roadie instead.

I?ve been riding up Mt. Herman Road. It?s been mostly clear since the end of February except for the first few days after we got snow. I haven?t hit any of the single-track trails on the Rampart Range yet, but there?s enough dry stuff on the east face of mountains to last a while.
Kinda far for you, but it is within riding distance for me :D
