Even if took me since January to do it. Just really simple avoiding fatty foods and eating smaller portions. Side salad or veggies instead of fries with my meal.

Also started walking, my job has offices that are pretty spread out. Was taking a golf cart around, now I walk. Use the stairs when/where possible. Dont wait to find the closest possible parking space.

Jeans are baggy, lost at least 2 inches off the waist. 235 to 215. Got another 20 to go and I'll be happy.

So you for you unmotivated fatties out there, get to it :flipoff2: . And dont watch the scale everyday, or even every week. Check it out monthly, you'll be happier with your results.

Feels good, don't it?! Congrats!!

I lost 85 lbs. in just under 6 months, myself. I wouldn't recommend to anyone the way I did it, but I was sort of in a hurry, and knew if I didn't get on it while my mindset was into it, I'd fall short...again. From 292 on 7/9/07 to 205 just after New Year's, and down from 330 at my biggest.

I'm done "dieting" and am working out every day to firm what's left, and have changed my diet forever.

Well I lost 10-15 pounds last summer and even that small change felt great. Now I'm back up 10-15 pounds but it's muscle and I'd say I'm in the best shape I've ever been. Trust me, I was an unmotivated fatty for a while :D . Then, I got off my ass and changed it, and now I get irritated when I don't work out for a few days.

Congrats man. I am down 30 from when I started last September. Was 236, now 205. Wanting to go about 10 more, but I seem to have hit a plateau of sorts. I'll punch through it though. Feels good, doesn't it?

I did the same thing, thats when I started trying the extra walking and stairs and general less laziness. I lost most the weight at the start and the second half shortly after the walking and stairs. Weight it still shedding from the more active walking and stairs but its slow.

I might have found a new workout partner, that will be good motivation to get back to the gym.

Change up what you were doing to lose the weight. I wouldnt recommend switching a good diet, just your workout. If you were doing lots of one paced cardio, change it to sprints for a few weeks.
