Oh great, now the ever wise Boulder government entities will be compelled to move quickly to save the planet. God help them if Boulder is outdone by LA.

BTW, although I like Boulder and I love its quality of life. I do find it ironic that it is not in the top 100 greenest cities in the US. Huntsville, Alabama is rated more green than Boulder. Go figure!!

Maybe a little more action and a lot less talk might be in order. Lets shoot for over 50% recycling for a start.
