Anyone know of any trails out east or anywhere where there is no snow? I prefer trails over track and there is still too much snow up in the hills.
Thanks
Mike

You'd be hard pressed to find snow on any trail out east.

I have never ridden out east, if you find some good trails, post them up.
That avatar is disturbing...I am going to go puke now.

Out North of La Junta is an old MX track - 'the Tomahawks' - that's fun to ride at. It's a long track plus some arroyo riding and hill climbin. I think it's pretty fun, but it's not like the mountains or PMI.
To get there, go maybe 4 or 5 miles N of La Junta like you're going to Cheraw. Before the industrial park, there's a church on your right w/ a big cross on the side of it. Take a left there and follow the trail that goes beside the power lines and it'll take you right to it. It's BLM land and some rancher 'watches over' the property, but can be a jerk. It's legal to ride there and he's supposed to allow you to, but don't go driving your truck around on the trails. He'll be all over you.
