I can take someone there but there's no way to give directions to someone who hasn't been there. I've never seen a map for the Montrose trails either. Stop by McPherson Offroad in Montrose and they can give you pretty good directions.

i think the best way to find the trails is with someone familiar with them. call McPherson, Alpine and Rockworx (I have found all 3 of those groups to be very friendly) and see if they know of any groups going when you will be there that wouldnt mind company

Dates you expect to be here would be very helpful if you don't mind some company from the locals. Give me a call and I can give you detailed directions. 970-209-9942

Sounds good. Post up or call a couple days before you leave. I will help with the directions.

Like i said it will be a 4-5 day camping trip so the more the better. My only question is what is the min you need to get throught the trails. some one told me a 37 and low t-case will be the only way to make it and even then it's hard.

I have been on die trying and cactus with rigs on 35s and locked front and rear, with winches and they ran the entire trail with only hooking the winch up once or twice. I would say those specs are the minimum though.
I will have gps coordinates for all the trails in the next week or two.
