Do what I do, I've made a sub-album in my Photobucket album just for smilies. Then, I cruise around a buttload of different forums, and collect smilies that I like to my harddrive, then upload them to my album. You attach them to a post in a forum lust like a photo, you can put as many in as you like. I've got a couple hundred of them in my album. Find a smiley you like, right-click and "save as" to a folder on your drive, then upload a bunch at a time to Photobucket.
