Are you talking about Kingston Peak? Not even close to opening. Try August most likely.

i tried going up the mountain around May last year to check on conditions and there was a 4 foot wall of snow past the last house on your way up the mountain so yeah have to try a little later in the year for that area of trails

I live a few miles from it we are still getting snow up here, just because Denver proper is seeing springtime warm weather doesnt mean the trails are open.,
