Sorry folks, I posted the wrong phone number for the Kremmling race on May 25th, it is 970-725-3283. For those who had hell tryin to get ahold of them I appologize.
Clyde, I'm not putting on another race @ CORE, I'm too far away to oversee everything thing. It is nothing against Carl, it is just damned near impossible for me to put on the quality of show I like to have. If Carl could find someone closer, or decides to put one on himself, I wish him the best of luck, and depending on the date I would probably show.

Just heard the later race@ Kremmling may still happen, except it might be a week later, and under a different director.

Crowley County Days Mud Bash, coming up soon. We've got damned near $3,000 added money, $1,500 of which is going to the open class. Thats 750 gauranteed for first, plus the entry fee, and their cut of the gate (probably $1,000). Cmon down and see the biggest race in the state.

MonsterZ, thurough examination of the prize awarded? Whit hasn't recieved his plaque yet either. I do agree winning this years event was somewhat overated, being that the pits where so tough. It came down to luck of the draw, other than a couple of the super mod trucks, the only ones to place drew an even #, and had their last run in the easy pit. You had to draw good, and run good, so Whit should fell very good about coming out with some $, against so many trucks built specifically for pissin matches such as this.

co84rc, so where you @ the very first Crowley County Days Mud Race, or the first one I put on in 94? The first one was back in 86.

Nah, that's just his normal sig, not a reference to the races. ;)
And yeah, we were pretty happy to see Whit take 3rd, given his Scout is built for rocks.

We are doing another race on Sept 20th, it will be a firemans mudrace (just like the redneck mudshuffle, where the driver and passenger have to swap places turn around and come back). Agular will have another race on Sept 27th (using the new classes for next year).

Need to look here more often...Don't worry, my sig is certainly not a reference to the awesome event put on.

I remember the Crowley County races back in the day, when they had an ATV class, and also Dash for Cash classes where different age groups had a foot race through the pit for a kitty. That had to have been mid 80's.

We had to put a stop to the dash for cash, they would all use the restrooms to clean up, and make a bigger mess. I will never do an atv class, the show has drug on enough as it is the last 2 years. Hell they wouldn't have even made it to the starting line at this years.
