I'm not a Mac user, so really don't have anything to add here except to fill up space, same as in real life. I hate seeing an empty thread and wondered if you had looked at some GPS Forums? :shrug:

Because I am not a Mac user, this site (http://www.gpsinformation.net/)may or may not have info about using Garmin software with a Mac. One more that always has answers is ADV Rider (http://www.advrider.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=6).


Anyway, now the thread isn't empty. :D

I saved my old laptop for this reason. My dad is trying to convert mapsource for OSX 10.5. Supposedly you can.

I was more curious than feeling like spending $$$. :)
