Was going to suggest Asus...but ... nevermind!

What's ya got against them anyways? I'm curious since that's all I've been buying!

My experience was from a socket 775 board taking a shitter and eating EVERYTHING with it.

Lots of money down the drain on that one.

Previous experience was with a Socket 939 that also shit the bed inside of 6 months.

775 socket. The magic smoke escaped after about one year

Last board I had good success with was a Epox, that was the battle hardned socket 478 P4 3.0 ghz processor I was rocking for more than a few years.

I still have the 3.6 ghz cpu. Actually have two, the kid's took a dump also, so I'd like to stick with the 775 socket.

I understand that, just throwing Epox out there as a option to consider, in terms of a brand that has lasted. I'll also give up a  for MSI. Socket 478 is a older setup anywho.

I'd rock it, Intel Northbridge/Southbridge. Seemes to have ALMOST enough PCI slots for my taste. I dont need SLI (not into hardcore gaming)

Changed my mind, Gonna just buy a new PC. I have to many other projects going on to screw around with building another computer. Anyone need some parts? I'll post up what I've got in the classifieds section.
