"No Ethanol in Our Gas"

A Conoco in Arvada (Ralston, just east of Garrison) has this on their sign out front. Can this be true? I thought the 10% ethanol content in gas was a gov't (state?) mandated thing, at least in the emission-testing counties. Of course, this place always seems to be 10-15 cents higher per gallon than most other stations.

im pretty sure shell gas stations dont have ethanol. At least last time I knew...

I think it is a winter thing I think after likr th 10th of Feb it isn't required at least it say something about it on the pumps
