Pretty much as the title says. What is there to do up in Greely that doesn't necessarily involve having to be 21?

So she's probably going to UNC. Has she suggested anything she wants to do? This a first date deal?

There's Ice Haus, the model train museum (only does tours certain days), and more Mexican restaurants than you can shake a stick at.

Yes she goes to UNC, and will be a first date kinda deal. I think she's kind of a red neck chick. She's obsessed with country music and lifted vehicles.

Bowling's not the worst idea. Usually always a good time and a good social environment.

Sorry to hear that. :flipoff2:

I really can't think of much to do in Greeley other than drink - but I'm older than the college crowd, so I don't know all the cool 'hangouts'.

There are a few climbing walls.. the Greeley Rec Center and at UNC that can be fun (if you climb or boulder).

Greeley-Weld County Airport is a very nice facility with a nice little restaurant. Go over and have lunch and watch the airplanes land and take off. Other than that I think its just a lot of pig farms. :D

GO TO ROMA'S and get a caroli and a bazooka beer, then have her drive you home. :)

Other than the airport, that's the only good thing about Greeley.

Not a bad idea... not a particularly good one for a first date, but should things start going south, a DAMMM good idea.

I really don't understand the fascination with Roma's - that place is the biggest s-hole I've been to in a long time. And Greeley has a lot of s-holes.

there are two roma's...the college dump and the West 10th version thats pimp!

oh and Alberto's is NOT the best mexican food in greeley...Alberto's has gone DOWNHILL...bigtime...

I believe the Cactus Canyon has an 18 and older night(s) it's pretty hick(ish) and plays the same songs in the same order that they have since they opened.

Joining a gang or becoming a Sexual Offender seems to be on the rise in Greeley

There are a few mexican restaurants in town

Thursday night is "blood boiling" night...smells terrific, might be worth a tour :D

We have 15+ starbucks all with a few miles of eachother..."latte tour?"

You could eat at a mexican restaurant...

There's the Greeley "Fun-Plex" take her to the Urine-Splash-Park...

Andersons is a great pick n pull salvage yard

Did I mention there's a few mexican restaurants? :D

It also appears there are a "plethora" of broken Jeeps in greeley at the moment to work on :flipoff2:

at least we aren't working on my rig

It's better than driving all the way out to Pawnee, yet just as much fun...:flipoff2:

If it's a weekday, I can get you in to eat at the Swift Corp HQ cafeteria. It's subsidized, and if none of the daily specials sound good, we just settle for a really good steak.... and yes, usually the other stuff is so good, we take that over steak.

Hmmm... ate there for luch (the one by the college) and took a couple people with me who had never been. I don't think you can beat their caroli's or pizza. Not where I'd go on a first date though.

The frisbee golf thing is a great idea if it's not too cold and windy. It's on 4th street and just east of 47th avenue. Free and fun. Ice skating downtown, bowling and roller skating as already said. Several decent restaurants and lots of horrendous restaurants.

I have 2 jeeps that really need work...
