I have a 90 Chevy Silverado and I need new tires. From the factory Silverados came with 245/75/16s or 265/75/16s. I use this truck as a daily driver and to pull my camper and quads. Which tires would be better?

The smaller 245's would probably be better for towing depending on how much your camper weighs. You could go with a 265/70 series to keep the height of the 245/75's only wider.
That said I went from 245/75's to 265/75's on my Ford and hardly noticed a difference. That said my camper only weighs 1500 pounds.

My camper weights about 6000 lbs.

I went with a 285/75R16 on the stock rims, I don't pull trailers though.

285s will rub without cutting part of the black plastic in front of the tires.
I also have 285 on mi 04 3/4 ton and I could tell a little bit of a difference towing with the larger tires. Its all up to what you think the best looking tire is since you are only towing 600 lbs

Look at the load rating on the tires. Take the weight of your rig loaded with all the gear and the camper (estimate it), then divide by four.
Compare that weight number to the load rating on each of the tire sizes you're considering.
If you're close to the load rating, look for a different model tire, or go with a larger tire that has a higher load rating.
The closer you run to the load rating, the more stress the tire is having to endure each time it rotates, which builds heat, which is not good.
