I am getting an error and HORCM fails to start anytime I try to run a pairdisplay or do a failover. This is only on one server though. When I run it on my other server it works just fine. The Horcm0.conf and Horcm1.conf files are identical on both servers. Here is the error from the log (I xx'd out the usernames and drive names):

Anyone got any ideas of what could be causing this?

You are in for some @ss pain.. I had an issue like this a long time ago and had to get HDS support in my data center to fix it. We had to present another raid set and move everything. It was a PITA... Call HP support..

Turned out to be an easy fix. It was a typo in the HORCM.conf files.
