Problems with attachments and the photo gallery (Fixed)

At the moment uploads aren't working for the photo gallery and attachments aren't working either. I suspect these are related, hopefully we can get this fixed soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tried to load a jpeg last night, couldn't do it from either, attachments or photo gallery. Of course, I thought it was 'user' error, so linked it from a picture hosting site.
