Any suggestions? I don't need a super huge mega pixel count, looking more for image quality rather than size. It's going in the glove box so nothing expensive. PAS only

I'd search on CraigsList personally - some good buys out there.

Keep your eyes out at best buy and circuit city for open box deals. For 125 bucks your not gonna get outstanding picture quality but decent. Look for something in the 6MP range with at least 3X optical zoom.
Nikon and Sony both make a couple cameras in the 100-150 dollar range that would suit you well for what you want it for and take good pictures.

A couple of months ago my Dad bought the Nikon L12 for my Aunt. We tested it out before sending it to here.
I was quite impressed for only around $130. Maybe less, I forget now.
It seems Best Buy no longer has it on line. Maybe a few stors still have them.
Anyway, I was impressed with the low light stuff without flash.
The L14 or L15 would be a tiny bit better I think.

We got my mom a 7.1 MP Olympus (3X optical zoom) for Christmas. I think NewEgg had it for about $100.

And just remember, don't even pay attention to digital zoom. You want optical zoom.
I have a dSLR, and a Point-n-shoot Casio Exilim. I love them both, they both serve their purpose well. I can't remember how much I paid for my Exilim, but I would recommend it as a cheap, non-intrusive, stowaway camera that produces some good looking pictures.
