Is there a way to adjuct the exposure on multiple pictures...like if I threw a set of pictures into the library, is there a way to adjust the exposure on all of them at once? Thanks.

Yes, select them all and adjust as you like.

I can do that with quick edit, but not with develop, but quick edit is all I needed, thanks.
