The only program I have to do brightness on pics is Ulead Photo Exp.
So I don't know if it's the program or the guy running the program, but I can't get a good brightness on this pic.
If I get it pretty good the gamma is all messed up and turns it green.

Wondering if anyone could help

Thanks

I am not sure if you will be able to brighten it too much. The Jeep looks huge though.

Yea, I guess it was quite a site seeing this jeep tower over the rig pulling it..lol
That's why I'm trying to get a good pic of it.

The wind resistance pulling that should make for some sweet gas mileage..:)

Try downloading IrfanView for free. I've used it for years and does it all.

Have you tried Picasa (http://picasa.google.com/)from Google. I have had great luck using it and it's very user friendly.

Whoever scanned or saved the photo dropped most of the color data out of it. Do you have the original photo? I could do a lot more with it if I had a high rez scan with more color info.

I appreciate you trying, but unfortunatly this is the only version of the pic I have.
It was taken with a cell phone and sent to me via cell, then I just forwarded it to my comp.
Prolly through all that it it decreased the quality
