creating photoshop actions

I thought I created an embedded watermark action, but I can't seem to find it to use it again.

Can someone please explain to me how to do this or send me to an online tutorial that you have used and liked.

You can create a brush using the tutorial below. The nice thing about a brush is it's easy to size, change color and customize.
