Is it possible to make a selection for which subforums show up when new posts are requested?
When I get home and have 10 pages of posts that only 50% or less are 4X4 related, it gets some what tedious to wade through all of the others.
Would there be a way to make a user preference to not have off topic post visible when selecting new posts?
Thanks

Offtopic sections are already filtered from the New Posts (http://www.colorado4x4.org/vbb/search.php?do=getnew&exclude=16,58,60,62,63,65,66,67,68,70,71) search
If you look a the format for the link, you can easily configure a custom bookmark that filters whatever forums you like.

OK,
I've been using this link: http://www.colorado4x4.org/vbb/search.php?searchid=723917 for a long time...
Time to update.
Thanks

I didn't realize this until just now browsing thru offtopic to post something. I've always just hit "new posts" and assumed I was seeing everything new. Any way to NOT filter the offtopic items out? (Can't please every one, huh? Drueg wants less hits, I want more!)

teamextreme, just use this link as your method: http://www.colorado4x4.org/vbb/search.php?do=getnew
Hover over the one at the top of the page and you'll see the difference. When hovering over the link, look at the very bottom of your browser window and it will show you the URL.
