After some bashing with the ax-10 I had three driveshaft unjoints come apart. Anyone have a good trick for this issue?

Are you running the stock ride height? If so lowering the ride height will help. You can also swap over to traxxas shafts, put zip ties around the plastic part of the joint, or buy the axial drive shaft rings when the become available.

the rings would be a good idea or just set it up with some T-Max shafts. They won't break. You could also look at som punisher shafts from RC4WD.

I've heard that you can get copper tubing that is just the right size that you can cut short pieces of to make the driveshaft rings out of for a cheap fix.

I think I'm running traxxas shafts. Hella huge, and pretty easy to shorten up. On my Wheely King I just had to drill out the tranny output to accept the pin on the larger yoke.
