Legal shooting area near Colorado Springs

A group of us were hoping to go out and do some clay pigeon shooting this weekend, but because of the snow I don't think heading up old stage or Rampart will be an option for some of the people that are driving.

Does anyone know of a spot that would be easily accessible this time of year where we can throw our own targets (i'm not interested in going to dragon man's or places similar to that)?

You could try some of the areas West of Deckers, but I doubt they'd be in any better shape, travel wise. And of course, East of town is all private land. There are a couple of trap and skeet ranges in the CO Springs area, I think that'd be your best bet unless you know somebody who lives in the Black Forest and will let you shoot there.
