Garrett and some friends wanted to go to Echo Mtn. on Saturday. I took them up there, figuring it would be a good chance to get some winter shots of Mt. Evans. It was 2F when I left them at the ski area, and that was without the windchill.

After I dropped them off, I continued west towards the mountain and pulled out at one of the picnic/ scenic overlook areas. In the time it took me to get from the car to the picture spot and back, the wind had completely filled in my tracks in the open areas. So yeah, it was a bit cold...

One good pic from that viewpoint.

Then I drove on to Echo Lake. There was too much snow being blown around to get a good shot of the mountain, but I took one anyway.

I wound up going and getting the kids later in the day. Stupid me forgot to bring the 510, so I had to make due with my cellphone. But at least I stayed on the road... :)

Or you could convert it in photoshop and print it in canvas.

Just about every printing company has a feature like this. Wolf will turn pics into painting quality canvases. Check it out!
