If you check our 21 rd trip report, you will see that i need to replace a few deck boards on my trailer.
I'm guessing these aren't just any kind of lumber. Where do i find trailer decking? What kind of boards are they?

I'd just use pressure treated lumber from Lowes or Home Depot.

Good ideas on the pressure treated stuff.
Where do you get the super deck stuff?

super deck can be found at most paint stores, or hard ware stores. it is a one coat system in case brush on heavy, let the rest soak in. i have it on work trailer, been about 4yrs since last coat.

Forgot to quote him, but figured it was obvious :)

Your wording leaves me to believe the decking you currently have is not pine.
Could be a wood called "Apatong". It's a malaysian hardwood. Common for trailer decking.
Not cheap but will probably outlast pine 4 to 1. Call around to find it.

I have been looking around for 2"x6"x21' deck boards for a long time. The length on mine is the killer or I should say where the supports are sucks. This spring I am going to put in additional supports under the deck so I can use shorter boards.
What kind of deck screws are you going to use?
