04 powerstroke coolant

My 04 6.0 pushes coolant from the overflow tank when pulling a load (10k) up long hills/passes? Anyone else have this problem? Truck does not overheat.

I have an 04 also, I know I pull over 10k up passes. I have not had a problem. Are you running a chip or anything?

Yes I run Edge with attiude but normally turn it off when pulling a load.

its either egr cooler that has failed. or head gasket. take it in to have it repaired. it is very possible it is a simple as a recovery bottle cap.

Hey if you take it in make sure all traces of the Edge are gone. Been wanting to chip mine but am waiting for warranty to run out.
