Answer; NO. However, it is my understanding that these children / young adults are American born. Otherwise, the whole family unit needs to be throw back over that virtual fence. :D If they are underprivaged and are on a education visa, they can apply for a grant and work it off during their tuition. Isn't that the American way? If someone wants something bad enough, a way will be found. :cool:
