Most trails do fit full size. Minor pinstripes can happen. Just got to watch the shelf roads though. We did Mt. Antero, Hancock and Tomichi passes in one weekend. Antero was pleanty wide enough. Hancock was narrow, but not scary. Tomichi was really tight. It took two sets of eyes in each truck to make sure we weren't too close to the edge. 4 jeeps watched us at the top were shocked when we pulled up to them. High pucker factor, but take it slow and if need be, have a passenger get out an spot.
I would do plenaty of research online before heading out though. Here, Traildamage.com and 4x4trails.net are all excellent sources. Also get the book Colorado backroads and 4wheel drive trails Vol 2 (two books). The author does pretty good decribing the trails that when used with the online sources you should be able to make sure your full size would fit before heading out.
