So i sold my 360 last week to a friend of mine and im letting him finish out my last month of Live. I called today at 8:15...sat on hold for 20 mins. Finally got transfered to someone from India and couldnt understand a damn word they were saying...put on hold for another 10 mins and finally talked to someone who spoke english.
"Im sorry sir, but we have no record of your account"
"What the hell are you charging me for every month then?!?!?"
"Im not sure sir, let me look into that..."
Another 15 minute hold...
"Im sorry sir, we have no record of your account and we cant help you...click"
WTF?!?!?!?! :rant:
At this point it was pushing nearly 10:30 and i was getting really pissed off...called my credit card company, talked to them for about 45 seconds and got it cancelled....
Moral of the story..if you have to cancel, DONT CALL MICROSOFT!!!!!:rant: :rant: :rant: Took nearly 4 hours to cancel a service that should be free anyways...totally ridiculous!!!!
