Thanks to Ibscas for the use of his garage and Handful of Cream for his help  , I got my new 4" Full Traction lift installed on Wednesday and on Thursday finished up and swapped my 30" tires for 35" Tires from Architect1.

Here is a picture of her all finished up at the Entrance to Area BFE.

The trip started out good, left Denver around 5pm and arrived in Moab around 1030pm Thursday night. We got up the next morning and went to City Market to get some sandwichs and met Doug in his old CJ

We chatted for a few minutes and decided on running Strike Ravine to start the day. We'll after following the trail damage directions and getting lost a few times we finally found our way to the first obstacle Big Ugly, which I must say is pretty nasty and much worse than traildamage indicates.

This picture doesnt do it justice and is just the start of about 300 yards of off camber rockcrawling. Both of us made it through with no carnage. After cresting Big Ugly, we continued on our way finally coming to a fork in the road. We went right, and I think we ended up on Green Day as we ended up in BFE? Here is a picture of the jeep playing in the creek bed.

Finished out in BFE playing on test zone 1, and climbing a pretty gnarly little hill

Congrats, Tony. Dude, I didn't even recognize your rig. Waaaaaay better!!!

Glad you had a good time. With the lift and 35's, you're now one of the "cool guys"........ Let's get an 8.8 and swap it in soon!

I'm a little scared when you say thanks to Handful of Cream for his "help", however..........probably best to post the details of that in NSFW......

Nice pics! Looks like you had a good time. How'd that bumper work out for ya? Looks better with it chopped a little (got rid of the crushed parts). :)

Thanks Scott, The 8.8 is definately a needed upgrade with 4.10s or 4.56s. I'm so dog slow pulling eisenhower and vail pass. I got stuck behind a semi and couldnt accelerate past 40mph where I used to be able to pull back up to80. The 3.07s gotta go, but not till I get back from Paris. To much spending!

Thanks Architect, they held up great after I aired them down to 15psi, prob could go lower, but I dont have onboard air yet.

Thanks Loopi, to bad you couldnt come up and lend a hand, but if your rig is running at the moment we should all go hit a trail. I can maybe run with the big boys nows. Vroom Vroom...

Hey DK, yeah I like the bumper after I took a sawzall and cut the ends off. Greatly improved the approach angles after banging the hell out of it at Saran Wrap a few weeks ago. I never even put on the rear bumper. The stock bumpers bolts were welded on enver made it the hardware store to get bolts.

More pictures to follow soon from Sevenmile Rim and Top of the World, my film's being processed now. Top of the world is nasty now for a stock rig. Ran it in May was so easy. Ran in Sunday morning after 12hours of rain and it was a mess. Some of the ledges are a good two feet high. K5 blazer bash group was nice enough to have stacked some rocks before I got there never even needed to slow down.

good work tony!! Cant wait to run Moab over spring break next semester!!

when is paris??

time to get wrenching on that 8.8 and gears. If you have seen the lifted red TJ on campus, thats Breece, he just completed a 8.8 swap after he toasted the D35 on our last trip to Moab. (Fun parking lot fix).

If you have a garage, I will help you install your gears.

Paris is Jan 1 to July 18th. No garage yet, will hopefully be buying a house when I get back depending on where I get a job though. I'll likely be heading to Houston (Booo). Yeah, I've seen breece around.

Tony You can have the 8.8 out of my Bronco if you can find me a 60?

BTW the Jeep look way cooler with the lift N tires.
