We did it yesterday after doing Middle St.Vrain. MSV was good but Coney was one of those trails that never seemed to end and I just wanted to hold it to the floor to get it over with no matter what it broke on my rig because it was soo rough. To me it was just annoying!

Coney sucks...as soon as you cross the "lake" (river) there isn't anything fun left except really smelly mud.

Thanks for the info, guess I wont be doing that one. Any suggestions something moderate with some good scenery ?

Coney is like driving up to Jenny Creek...if you like that kind of road:D

Jenny Creek is cool but the road to it is just a bumpy boring road ,the scenery was ok.

Well there's Red Elephant and Mill Creek which hook up to Bill Moore - I wouldn't do Re Elephant alone tho.
There's a whole network of moderate stuff up out of Montezuma with great scenery.
There's Slaughterhouse down off 285 by Bailey.

Eagle Rock and Saran Wrap may be a trail(s) to look at.
