Out of towner looking for a place to stay for Broncos game

I know someone coming to town for the Bronco/Charger game. He wants something somewhat close to the stadium and all the stuff to do downtown.

Any suggestions. He was hoping for the type of place that's around $80/night, nothing fancy.

Motel 6 on Wads and 6th ave is cheaper and just as clean. Quick shot to downtown and stadium. Should be around 45.99/night.
