x2, but if I had to guess it's short for military. A lot of those oval bumper stickers seem kind of cryptic.

I'm going with MIL = Military...
... looking at the drivers (I've only seen like qty=3) and the security gate-stickered windshields (2 of the 3). Also in the popular context (e.g MilBloggers (http://www.milblogging.com/), etc)

I've not seen the numbered ones (Re-Ups, or possibly tours?)

Milford Deleware is the birthplace/home branch of that new cult for lesbian mother in laws. The recent influx of lesbian mother in laws to the front range most likely coincides with my moving away from the front range. when i moved, the front range became lesbian mother in law friendly and the word spread fast. you should probably purchase extra deadbolts and pepper spray to protect yourself from the biased, unfounded, tongue lashing (ya I said that on purpose) lesbian mother in laws are known for dealing out. if you find yourself in a confrontation with a pissed off lesbian mother in law, PM me, I have a lot of experience dealing with them.

I saw one this morning on Hampden near Santa Fe. The sticker said "MILL" with two Ls. It was on a silver Isuzu Rodeo.

Okay, that is the one. The wife said 2 L's, I thought 1. She is officially right AGAIN.

So what the heck does it mean.

I did a search for "euro oval sticker mill", and this was part of one of the search returns:

Cross streets are Lafayette and Lick Mill.

I'm thinking Barf Bag's onto something :flipoff2:

Most of these stickers represent a European country, they are required in Europe for some countries (I think Germany requires them) because there are so many cross-overs but they have become a fad for other countries and came over here. When I see one I want to puke, as if that car was REALLY driving around in Europe! If I were to GUESS, I would say it was that somebody knocked off the fad for some other meaning, like Mill Valley.
