Well, if you were following the other thread, I went under contract with the property this morning! As of Nov 1 I will be the proud owner of a lot of debt! Here are a couple of pics. One from the front, and one from the alley.

Yea! Except I still have about two weeks of heavy sidework left. I got a little over zealous with scheduling. Booked more work than I needed. Oh, well, I still need the money.... Gotta add a bathroom!



The shop is sweet. Has a paint booth setup, along with room to work on 5 project at once, has a office, bathroom, is already plumbed with air, and is heated/cooled.:cool: I can't stop smiling this morning!

Thanks! But I do have to admit that I am probably the biggest "web wheeler" here! :D I haven't done the kind of wheeling I like or had a rig with tires bigger than 33's since early 2006. :mad: My current project has been "put on hold" because of funding (see house above), and once I get into this place (knocking on wood, since I just went under contract with it) I will probably spent 95% of my time working on other people's stuff when I am out in the garage. :eek:

Well, I closed on it last week and spent this past weekend cleaning out the garage/shop. I also acid etched and epoxyed the floor.

I am starting the moving process on Friday. Anyone wanna help?

Did I mention that the garage/shop grew by 120 sqft? It was listed at 1260 but actual measurements are 1380!!!!! Woot!
