for those that dont know. this issue has never been argued at trial. bosloughs quote:?It meant there was no dispute of fact." is not the truth.
Facts were never argued. the judge did not want the facts heard in court so she issued her judgement based on her own bias.
the 200k was spent on boslough chuckin and jivin. he found a judge that is corrupt enough not to give an 85 year old man a fair trial.
so to recap. there has never been a trial. just legal rangling in which a county judge
