View Full Version : 2 minutes to help save our trails!

Our OHV trails are being closed down and our time is running out to save them! Please take 2 minutes to do your part to keep our public land PUBLIC!!

If you're not familiar with the Forest Service's plan to close thousands of miles of public trails in our National Forests ("Route Designation" :rolleyes:) to motor vehicles, go here: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=596279

When you're good and pissed off :mad:, do the following:
1. Go to www.PreserveOurTrails.com
2. Click the "ELDORADO PETITION" link at the bottom
3. Fill out your info
4. Click the link in the confirmation email

A letter will be sent to the FS asking them to keep more trails open. It randomly chooses 15-20 trails since they have asked us to be specific.

Somebody worked very hard to make this very easy! Please take 2 minutes to make it worth their effort!

Just remember that you have to click on the link in the e-mail that gets sent to you, or your letter doesn't get sent! Looks like almost half are illiterate as out of 902 signatures, only 417 letters were sent.:tisk:

Have you, can you send the link to Coa4wdci?
(Colorado Association of 4wheel drive clubs, inc.)
Also You could find more signatures for the petition by
sending the link to out of state clubs who come to Colorado for vacations. If I have your permission I will
forward the link to the New Mexico Clubs. We come "UP"
to Colorado several times a year. Thanks
