Just watched this show for the second time now on the National Geographic Channel. If you can, make sure and set your timers to see it next time its on. Great show, but tough to watch at the end. I could watch it a 100 times and still get teary-eyed. Great view into the battle we're in right now and the camaraderie of those in the military.
You can find bits and pieces of it on YouTube.

Negative, the dudes were in 'stan at FOB Cobra when they were out on a peacekeeping/medical mission and were going to set up camp on a top of a ridge. After clearing 5+ IED's on top of each other, they were nearing the top when they were attacked by RPG's.

The one your thinking of was the Special Ops dudes that were using a GPS to guide in the bombs, but the batteries on their GPS had died. Upon putting in fresh batteries, they began reading off the coordinates again, but they were unaware that they were reading off their own coordinates instead of the target previously entered. Pretty sad.

nope, that's not the one I just watched. The one I was watching was 8 out on a recon and encountered a brigade size element. all made it out and they were calling in bomb drops on guard with a rescue radio. Skill of the 16 drivers was great. Blackhawks got em out.

I know the one you're talking about now. Love the Military channel, some of the greatest shows are on there.
